- To execute with support from managers towards set KPI for profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth in business account(s) along with a Brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional:
- "Execute the category plan based on alignment with both adidas and account
- SWB planning and execution
- KPI achievement, AO taking / Sell out action / Inventory manage / category growth plan
- Collaboration with BC team / SA team to execute the plan with excellence
- Develop degital strategy and execute the plan"
- Build professional and personal relationships with key persons of assigned accounts as a prerequisite for adidas to become the 'preferred brand'.
- With the support of superiors and colleagues, identify issues and their root causes, proposing solutions for problem-solving to stakeholders both domestically and internationally in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Understands the processes and frameworks created, executes work appropriately, and seeks feedback
- Manage within aligned budget with 100% compliance
- Identifies issues as early as possible and correctly reports them to his/her supervisor to prevent the situation from worsening.

- Establish clear objectives, goals, and guidelines for teams and individuals in line with the global strategy and objectives of the sales organization, with the support of superiors and colleagues.
- Understand their own strengths and weaknesses, and work actively toward the goals set with their superiors to develop them
- Differentiate correctly between what is to be done by an individual and what should be supported by a superior, and act appropriately.

- Properly understands the situation, background and problems of the assigned account, reports them to the superior in a timely manner, and understands and implements the next actions..

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- 2 years of functional experiences
- Exposure: Sports, Sales, Marketing in Apparel / Fashion / Shoes / FMCG/Golf/Digital
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent experiences
- English: Basic
- Japanese: Fluent
