Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to support the fulfillment and delivery of products across the GOLFTEC and SkyTrak brands. This role will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, managing relationships with shipping partners, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of everything from SkyTrak simulators and studios to GOLFTEC’s center equipment.
This is a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and seamless customer experience, supporting both B2C (consumer shipments) and B2B (training center and partner distribution) logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipping and fulfillment for SkyTrak simulation and studio products and GOLFTEC center equipment.
- Work closely with freight carriers, logistics partners, and internal warehouse teams to manage inventory movement and timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate shipment and ERP records to keep inventory systems accurate.
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations, including preparation of customs paperwork and other required documentation.
- Resolve shipping issues, damaged goods, and delays to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support logistics planning for new product launches, promotions, and large-scale deployments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Fulfillment, Customer Experience, Product, and Supply Chain teams.
- Identify opportunities to optimize shipping costs, delivery times, and inventory flow.

- 2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain coordination
- Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred, but not required
- Experience managing both parcel and freight shipments; large-item shipping a plus
- Knowledge of ERP and shipping systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills
- Understanding of international shipping processes and documentation preferred
- Passion for golf is a plus!
