Position Summary
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Manager of Media and Marketing with a strong background in media planning, buying, and campaign management—ideally from a media or advertising agency environment. You’ll help lead our brand’s Paid Media strategy and integrated marketing efforts across multiple channels, ensuring maximum impact, efficiency, and ROI.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Media Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and lead integrated media plans (National, Local, Grand Opening) across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms. Translate brand goals into effective channel strategies.
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—including briefing, planning, buying, optimization, and reporting. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Agency Management:
- Manage relationships with media agencies, creative partners, and vendors. Act as the internal liaison to ensure alignment and results.
- Performance & Optimization:
- Monitor media performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize campaigns for reach, efficiency, and conversions. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Create and manage dashboards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with brand, creative, digital, and product teams to ensure integrated storytelling and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Budget Oversight:
- Manage media and marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective investments and accurate forecasting.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field from four-year college/university or equivalent.
- 5–7 years of experience in media strategy, planning, and buying, ideally within a media or ad agency setting.
- Proven success managing multimillion-dollar paid media campaigns across digital (social, display, video, SEM), traditional (TV, radio, print), and/or OOH.
- Deep understanding of media analytics, attribution, and campaign measurement.
- Strong understanding of retail environments and customer behavior.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, brand, analytics, and external agencies.
- Ability to communicate in both written and verbal form with conviction and credibility, adapting message to suit audience, and influencing others with data.
- Strong analytical mindset and understanding of business model and profitability issues.
- Experience in planning and managing budgets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about storytelling, data, and the evolving media landscape.
- Experience with Media and Reporting tools (e.g.: Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, Google Analytics, Nielsen, Comscore, MRI/Simmons).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Knowledge, experience, and passion for golf!
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day. Variable desk heights are offered so alternatively sitting and/or standing at the desk is optional.
- Flexibility to work extended and varied hours as needed.
Travel:
- Up to 15% travel is required.
