Quinta do Lago Group is hiring a Mechanic (M/F) for the Golf Course Maintenance Department – Greenkeeping Department.
Candidate Profile
• Previous professional experience as a golf mechanic or in similar roles (preferred factor)
• Dynamic and higly proactive
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of both English and Portuguese
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Punctuality and attendance
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues
• Compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptability
• Driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, diagnose, and repair a variety of equipment used in the maintenance of golf courses
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance procedures on company equipment
• Identify and resolve issues in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Install and/or replace new or reconditioned repair parts
• Test equipment functionality
• Keep records of services/repairs performed and parts used, using software tools
• Ensure that equipment, materials, and tools are in proper condition for work execution
• Perform other related tasks as assigned
