ABOUT LIV GOLF
The LIV Golf League is the world’s only global golf league featuring 13 teams, a 14-tournament schedule, and many of the world’s best golfers. Launched in 2022, the League was designed to expand the sport on a global level and create new value within the golfing ecosystem while enhancing the game’s societal impact. A landmark investment by LIV Golf also launched The International Series, a set of 10 enhanced events sanctioned by the Asian Tour, with elevated prize funds in world-class destinations, offering a pathway for leading professional and amateur golfers from around the world into the LIV Golf League.

HISTORY
LIV Golf launched in 2022 as an eight-event Invitational Series with tournaments across the U.S., Europe and Asia. 2023 saw the first official season of the LIV Golf League, establishing the sport’s first professional golf teams captained by many of the game’s most decorated superstars competing in 14 events around the world.
The format respects golf’s history and traditions with updates for modern-day sports fans; three days, 54 holes, no cut, shotgun start, and simultaneous team and individual competitions, offering a faster tournament that drives engaging storylines and offers an immersive fan experience. The League’s award-winning events, each wholly owned and operated by LIV Golf and broadcast to over 500 million homes worldwide, showcase world-class competition within a family-friendly environment. Music entertainment, live concerts and a festival-style atmosphere play a signature role with LIV Golf, a two-time winner of the World’s Best Golf Event from the World Golf Awards and a Sports Business Awards Finalist for Sports Event of the Year.
LIV Golf continues to expand its reach by bringing the League to new and returning markets featuring some of the most iconic venues in the world. It has also introduced free agency to professional golf, integrating end-of-season player promotion and relegation, team trades and off-season roster movement that drive year-round fan engagement, embraced by many of the world’s most popular sports.

Role objectives
In this growth role for our Ticketing team, the Senior Coordinator, Ticketing Operations will support all requests for ticket requests for our Teams colleagues, find ways to provide best in class service and hospitality delivery to the attendees and the community. The Senior Coordinator, Ticketing Operations will be responsible for:
Act as the main point of contact for processing of all ticket requests for Teams in a timely and professional manner.
Identify opportunities to enhance the ticket delivery process for Teams, Players and their guests for best-in-class experience.
Support Account Manager, Ticketing & Hospitality with timely fulfilment of all venue and government agency partnership ticket and hospitality needs.
Assist as point of contact for Teams, venues and government agency ticket troubleshooting.
Assist with onsite set-up of venue host and government agency fulfilment, ingress and registration.
Manage inventory as part of all venue partner and government agencies.
Timely communication to specific partners for ticketing processes and fulfilment.
Provide monthly ticket utilization numbers to Teams against seasonal allotments.
Work closely with Partnerships for proper communication and processes regarding ticket fulfilment.
Provide timely and proactive communication to relevant partners regarding ticketing processes, allocations, and fulfillment timelines.
Create and manage team-branded ticketing communications to ensure a consistent, polished experience for Team guests.
Oversee guest-facing communications related to ticketing, including pre-event instructions, access details, hospitality information, and real-time updates during events.
Required Experience
2–4+ years of experience in ticketing operations, live events, sports, entertainment, hospitality, or related fields.
Proven experience in high-volume ticket processing, fulfillment, and inventory management.
Demonstrated success providing exceptional customer service and/or client-facing support.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience working with ticketing platforms (e.g., AXS, Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, or comparable systems).
Experience supporting onsite event operations, including guest registration, ingress, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort learning new systems and software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and
Proven ability to think proactively and find creative solutions to logistical or operational challenges.
Proven experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional, and globally dispersed team environment.
Willingness to travel domestically for events and work flexible hours, including weekends, as event schedules require.
