Your Role:
As Sales Manager – MICE & Corporate, you will be the driving force behind our MICE and corporate business strategy. You will work closely with our Director of Sales & Marketing to develop new business, nurture key relationships, and promote our five-star resort as a premier destination for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events. From the initial enquiry to post-event feedback, you’ll manage the entire client journey while ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive, target-driven professional with proven hotel sales experience, ideally in the MICE and corporate sectors.
A relationship builder who excels in developing new business and nurturing long-term client connections.
A strategic thinker with the ability to sell guest rooms, meeting spaces, and resort experiences with confidence.
Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
A keen market awareness with an eye on competitor activity and industry trends.
Willingness to travel, attend roadshows, conduct client visits, and represent Trump Doonbeg with professionalism and passion.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
Ability to thrive independently and within a high-performing team.
Flexible, adaptable, and ready to lead special projects as directed by the DOSM.
What You’ll Do:
Proactively seek and develop MICE & corporate business opportunities.
Drive direct sales through corporate partnerships and event agencies.
Organise promotional initiatives and roadshows.
Conduct site visits, sales calls, and post-event follow-ups.
Maximise revenues through upselling and detailed booking management.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to ensure flawless delivery.
Represent the resort at key events and maintain a professional brand image.
