Deputy General Manager
We are looking for a Deputy General Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Food & Beverage departments, while supporting the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the full Food & Beverage operation
- Support the General Manager with the overall strategic and operational leadership of the hotel.
- Directly lead department heads, ensuring service standards are upheld at all times.
- Engage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive staff training, development and succession planning.
- Maintain a strong focus on profitability and cost control.
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience across all areas of the hotel.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years’ experience as a Hotel Deputy or Operations Manager.
- Strong background in Food & Beverage operations with a focus on service and standards.
- Proven people management and team development experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- A strong desire to grow your career within the hospitality industry.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Must be a resident of Ireland or hold a valid Irish work permit.
