Mystic Creek Golf Club originated in 2013. We are the #1 course in Arkansas and #43 course in the United States as rated by Golfweek. We are a semi-private golf club that has hosted numerous championships including Collegiate, PGA Section, USGA qualifiers and our annual Epson El Dorado Shootout.
We are looking for an Assistant Professional who’s looking to grow into a Head Professional at our facility in the next 2-3 years. You will be trained/mentored by two PGA Professionals who have a combined 40 years’ experience in Golf Operations. Preferred Experience
- At least 1 years’ experience in golf operations
- Have passed your PAT
- Level 1 in the PGA PGM Associate Program
Essential Responsibilities
- Opening and closing of the Pro Shop
- 1-2 shifts working with the Guest Services Team per week
- 5-day work weeks during the offseason, up to 6-day work weeks during season based on club schedule
- Managing the Pro Shop and Guest Services Operations, includes schedule and supervision of these departments
- Support in training new hires
- Assisting with tournament operations
- Assist with merchandise operations: purchasing, receiving, displaying and inventory
- Play golf with our members, when possible, this also includes Pro-Am’s
- Teaching lessons, you will also be responsible for creating a summer Junior Golf Program
- Club repair opportunities (re-gripping, re-shafting, etc.) Using Gallus golf tournament software
- Always conducting yourself in a professional manner

Pay
- $40,000 - $45,000 base salary
- Lesson revenue: $2,500 - $5,000, professionals receive 80% of lessons
- Bonus Opportunities: $500 - $1,000
