Join Our Team as a Launch Monitor (LM) Sales Representative!

We’re looking for a dynamic LM Sales Representative to join our growing company. You’ll be the face of our brand, responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving revenue by closing deals. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a desire to make a measurable impact.
Requirements
What You Will Do:
- Develop territory and open new accounts via outbound cold calling of golf courses, driving ranges, club fitters and golf retail locations
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Do You Have:
- Strong sales experience with track record of results
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong golf acumen with competitive nature required
- Proficient in Sales Force CRM
- General proficiency in computers and software
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
Work Environment
- Work is primarily performed in an office setting with standard working hours; however, occasional after-hours support may be required.
- This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- The position requires frequent interaction with employees across different departments, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills.
- The role may involve sitting for extended periods, working on a computer.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
