We are now recruiting for a full-time Food & Beverage Assistant for our Gallery outlet where we serve breakfast & our very popular afternoon tea.
You will be responsible for breakfast service & afternoon tea service within the unique surroundings of the Gallery; this is a stunningly beautiful room with elegant windows and oak panelled walls stretching 129ft from wall to wall. Adare Manor's aim is to become 'the place for afternoon tea' where Guests may enjoy delicate pastries and other delights amidst the historic grandeur of the Gallery whilst savour relaxed and friendly service from our team.
We are looking for candidates with a great personality, who relate well to people and be guest centred.
Candidates must have excellent food & beverage knowledge and previous experience within afternoon tea service is desirable as is knowledge of fine and rare teas. Full training will be provided.
