We are now recruiting for Guest Experience Executive to join our growing Guest Experience Team. You will work as a part of the wider Rooms Division Team which also includes the Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry as well as Spa.
Working as Guest Experience Executive you will be responsible for multiple different elements of a guest's stay with us on the Resort, primarily focusing your energy on our VIG (Very Important Guests) and special visits.
As a Guest Experience Executive you will:
- Prior to arrival, you will assist the guests with planning their itinerary ensuring all of their preferences are accurately noted and shared with the relevant teams. You will also inspect any incoming VIG arrival rooms & suites, ensuring everything is in pristine condition and to the Adare Manor standards.
- Answering communications relating to incoming VIG guests via phone & email.
- Reviewing the guest history (if available) from previous visits, highlighting any preferences, and needs & ensuring the requests are completed before their time in residence.
- During the stay, the Guest Experience Executive will give personal support from arrival until departure and for our Signature Suite guests, act as their personal Butler.
- Upon departure, you will keep an up-to-date archive of documents, and preferences to enhance the guest's future visits.
- Guest Experience Executive must have a genuine warmth and the ability to build lasting relationships with our guest's ensuring they have a seamless experience. They are entrusted with planning and coordinating all of the guest's stay by collaborating with all departments across the entire resort whilst ensuring effective communication.
- Assisting in planning & execution of special events such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, 4th of July Celebrations & Halloween.
Experience in a 5-star/luxury property is desirable.
You will report to the Guest Experience Manager and Director of Guest Experience.
