The LIV Golf League is the world’s only global golf league featuring 13 teams, a 14-tournament schedule, and many of the world’s best golfers. HISTORY
LIV Golf launched in 2022 as an eight-event Invitational Series with tournaments across the U.S., Europe and Asia. 2023 saw the first official season of the LIV Golf League, establishing the sport’s first professional golf teams captained by many of the game’s most decorated superstars competing in 14 events around the world.
The format respects golf’s history and traditions with updates for modern-day sports fans; three days, 54 holes, no cut, shotgun start, and simultaneous team and individual competitions, offering a faster tournament that drives engaging storylines and offers an immersive fan experience. The League’s award-winning events, each wholly owned and operated by LIV Golf and broadcast to over 500 million homes worldwide, showcase world-class competition within a family-friendly environment. Music entertainment, live concerts and a festival-style atmosphere play a signature role with LIV Golf, a two-time winner of the World’s Best Golf Event from the World Golf Awards and a Sports Business Awards Finalist for Sports Event of the Year.
LIV Golf continues to expand its reach by bringing the League to new and returning markets featuring some of the most iconic venues in the world. Role objectives
The Account Manager, Ticketing and Hospitality will be responsible for venue hosts and government agencies’ tickets and hospitality, building relationships with venue partners and providing first-class service for all LIV Golf events.
Role Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of LIV Golf's venue partners, their needs and expectations to ensure a best-in-class experience.
· Help lead communication with venue partners and government agencies regarding all ticketing and hospitality deliverables.
· Liaise with the Corporate Partnership team to fulfil all partner contractual obligations, with a focus on Ticketing and Hospitality experiences.
· Collaborate with the Director of Hospitality & Experience to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive communication process for venue host and governmental agencies.
· Ensure accurate and timely communication of all partner deliverables (ticketing, hospitality, parking, and event communications).
· Work alongside the Event Management Company to assist with all venue and government partner ticketing and hospitality experiences.
· Work in tandem with Ticket Operations for immediate and timely processing of venue partner and government partner tickets.
· Assist with ticket distribution for VIP Hospitality experiences as needed.
Experience
· Proven experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment in the live entertainment or sports property
· General knowledge of tickets and hospitality management
· 5+ years of account management and customer service with senior level professionals
· Ideally has experience in golf/sports/live entertainment
Required Skills
· Ability to build relationships both internally and externally
· Provide first class service
· Experience using Salesforce (CRM) for customer tracking, reporting and service resolution
· Excellent organizational skills including time management, prioritization, meeting deadlines, proactive problem solving
· Experience using a ticketing platform is a plus
· Ability to clearly communicate to clients and internal stakeholders in a prompt and timely manner
· Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
· Able to travel domestically and internationally to all events
