As Associate Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in crafting and executing dynamic marketing campaigns that drive excitement, demand, and sales of Golf Bags, Gloves, Headwear, Travel Gear & Accessories.
From concept to execution, you will develop buzz-worthy, multi-channel go-to-market strategies that captivate consumers and elevate brand presence. Your work directly ensures awareness of products that will support sell-in success and sell-through momentum.
Collaborating across departments, you will align with brand strategy and category objectives to help Performance Gear stand out, gain market share, and win with consumers. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning and Campaign Development:
- Create and implement Category and product specific marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and business goals.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive data to guide campaign planning.
- Design integrated marketing campaigns leveraging digital, traditional, and experiential channels to maximize impact and engagement.
- Develop detailed activity plans and create marketing calendars to ensure cohesive and timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Go-to-Market Execution:
- Develop compelling sell-in tools and presentations for customer-facing teams to support product launches.
- Deliver sell-through assets, such as social media content, catalogs, sales sheets, hang tags, point-of-sale materials, and digital advertising campaigns, to drive customer purchases.
- Plan and execute product launches, retail activations, product education opportunities and promotional events to generate awareness and demand.
Asset Creation:
- Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to develop high-quality marketing materials, including catalogs, sales sheets, and hang tags, that effectively communicate product value and features.
- Ensure all assets are visually consistent, aligned with brand guidelines, and meet the needs of sales and retail partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure alignment across product positioning and marketing efforts.
- Work with external agencies, vendors, and retailers to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency and brand adherence.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and overall success.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize ongoing and future marketing efforts.
- Continuously refine strategies based on consumer feedback and market performance.
Budget and Resource Management:
Manage the marketing budget for the Performance Gear and Accessories category, ensuring efficient
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Working knowledge of office software products (MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PhotoShop, Asana Project Management is helpful but not required).
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Strong organization skills with high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong communication skills – both verbally and written and be able to relate to all level of employees and customers.
- Deep golf product knowledge and passion to keep learning about product technical features, specifications, and offerings.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to drive to meet assigned deadlines.
- Ability to manage detailed project plans with accuracy.
- Ability to analyze data/trends to make informed recommendations and decisions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing / communications or related experience preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of golf equipment and enthusiasm for the sport is required.
- Golf industry knowledge required.
