Job Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

• Oversee all golf operations, including course management, scheduling, maintenance coordination, and golf staff supervision.

• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and golfer satisfaction.

• Manage tournament operations, including planning, execution, and post-event reports.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor the golf operations team, including marshals, starters, caddie masters, coaches, and cart attendants.

• Conduct performance reviews and ensure training programs are implemented.

Member Engagement & Services:

• Develop positive relationships with members, guests, and stakeholders, addressing concerns and enhancing their experience.

• Develop and implement initiatives to grow membership and promote engagement in club activities.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets for golf operations.

• Monitor revenue streams, including pro shop sales, green fees, and tournaments.

• Identify cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Facility Oversight:

• Collaborate with the Course Superintendent to ensure the course is maintained at optimal standards.

• Oversee the upkeep of golf carts, driving range, and other golf-related facilities.

Strategic Development:

• Develop strategies to enhance the club's reputation as a premier golfing destination.

• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovations to improve club operations.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

• Professional certifications in golf management (e.g., PGA certification) are preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in golf operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience in organizing and managing tournaments at a professional level.

Skills:

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Strong financial acumen and budgeting capabilities.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of golf rules, regulations, and trends.
