Role Objective
The Manager, Team Sponsorship Analyst is responsible for creating and implementing standardized sales and sponsorship administrative processes across LIV’s entire team ecosystem. This role involves developing and maintaining reporting systems, maintaining the CRM (Salesforce), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and an understanding of the sponsorship sales process.
Responsibilities
- Set up accounts for and onboard all 13 LIV teams to CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with teams to manage the real time input of the sponsorship sales process into Salesforce
- Collaborate with teams to produce a standardized weekly pipeline report
- Collaborate with teams and internal data resources to develop standardized rate card for sponsorship assets individualized to each team
- Collaborate with internal media and data teams to create broadcast media valuation matrix for all team owned TV visible sponsorship assets
- Take lead role in creating standardized internal deal sheets showing all associated deliverables and costs
- Take lead role in developing proof of performance protocols for teams for both internal use and to inform sponsorship recap reports
- Monitor and share best practices across teams regarding sponsorship materials and proposals
- Create systems to ensure coordination and tracking processes with internal departments including legal, creative etc
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in reporting and analytics
Experience
- Previous experience in a reporting, business analyst or partnership marketing role within a sales or partnerships environment
- Experience using Salesforce strongly preferred
Required Skills
- Understanding of sponsorship process from prospecting, proposals, contract to execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales operations and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and report finding clearly
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
The hiring range for this position in New York ranges from $90,000-100,000 USD.
