High Hampton, located in beautiful Cashiers, NC, is looking to mentor and advance a highly motivated professional within our Grounds Department Team as 2nd Assistant Superintendent. The focus of the position will be the daily maintenance and management of the club grounds and Tom Fazio redesigned golf course.

The successful candidate will have the desire to be an active mentor for others, and wants to take ownership developing short and long term goals for the operation. They are highly attentive to details, and improving efficiencies and overall performance of the operation. This person is also passionate about the game of golf, and has a can do attitude to grow in their roles.
High School Diploma with certificate or degree in Turfgrass Science or comparable and 2-4 years of experience in turfgrass maintenance.
