This position is responsible for the overall maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, fire systems, mechanical systems, electrical distribution in and around park buildings and pools, and implementation of preventative maintenance practices on all major systems. These functions are supported by maintaining and analyzing energy management systems (EMS) and its operating software and compiling and analyzing utility data to promote efficiencies and cost saving strategies.
This position will also supervise and provide direction to a facilities coordinator who oversees a team of maintenance technicians servicing building components and equipment at Park Facilities. This is accomplished by scheduling and assigning tasks; facilitating training activities; providing technical assistance; developing goals and objectives; establishing policies and procedures.
In addition, this position will also administer budgets and oversight of vendor contracts within areas of responsibility and participate on committees, panels, and workgroups. Other duties may include completing related tasks as assigned and supporting community events.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System and Energy Management System.
- Have experience overseeing several full-time staff.
- Have experience maintaining, operating and forecasting budgets.
- Have experience overseeing vendor contracts.
- Have a working understanding of common techniques, methods, practices, procedures, use of forms, routines, etc., of an intermediate nature.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Associates Degree or Equivalent;
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of related experience;
- Licenses/Certifications/Special Requirements: Valid Driver's License upon hire.
Salary Range: $73,673 – $109,038 Hiring Range: $73,673 - $91,356 DOE
