The Assistant Superintendent works directly with the Golf Course Superintendent to maintain the highest level of conditioning possible for the Members and Guests of Highland Springs Country Club.
Duties include but not limited to
- Daily crew scheduling and management
- Fertilizer and pesticide applications
- Irrigation scheduling and repair
- Equipment maintenance and mower set up
- Precise moisture management of putting surfaces
- Scheduling and implementation of cultural practices and Landscaping projects
The Assistant Superintendent will be scheduled for 40 hours a week. They will manage a crew every third weekend and be given a day off during that week.
Previous golf course maintenance experience required
