Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the highest standards of guest services within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving overall business success.

Duties

-Manage all aspects of Golf Operations on a day to day basis.

-Maintain a close working relationship with Group Golf Operations Manager in respect of all aspects of golf operations including the following.

-Ensuring golf operations policies, procedures and controls are strictly adhered to, and maintain safe keeping of assets and inventory.

-Assist the Group Golf Operations Manager to supervise and motivate golf operations staff.

-Work closely with Group Golf Operations Manager to ensure a full competition calendar is organised, management of members handicaps, competition entries and management of related matters.

-Management and supervision of outside operations to ensure seamless experience for players from arrival at the club through to the first tee for commencement of their game.

-Training of new staff members.

-Perform any other duties as assigned or required by the Group Golf Operations Manager
