Callaway Golf Europe have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Social Media Manager, based at our Chessington head office with a hybrid working model. The requirement is to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday’s and Thursday’s), in alignment with the Marketing team.
Regular weekend work for in tournament social coverage, with time off in lieu the following week. Additionally, there will be a requirement to travel as needed to support PR and media activities across the EMEA region.
The Social Media Manager will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £40,000.00 – £50,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms, driving engagement, and enhancing brand awareness. You will be responsible for creating and curating content, managing daily interactions with followers, and collaborating with the wider marketing team to align with business goals.
The ideal candidate will have graduated in media, journalism, digital marketing, or a related creative field, and have proven experience in social media management with a real emphasis on the analytics behind channel performance and a drive to improve processes. They will need to have strong creative skills and expertise in photography, videography, and editing. The Social Media Manager should have a deep understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
