Job Advert: Senior Fitter & Product Trainer
Callaway Golf Europe have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Fitter & Product Trainer, based at our Chessington head office.
A full UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel, including overnight stays are essential for this role.
The Senior Fitter & Product Trainer will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £40,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

The Senior Fitter & Product Trainer is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences and expert training, ensuring our customers receive industry leading service. Acting as a brand ambassador, the position involves conducting fittings, driving sales, and training staff, customers, and trade partners to enhance product knowledge and boost market share. With opportunities to attend trade shows, sales meetings, and Tour led events, this is a dynamic role suited to an individual with a passion for golf, strong communication skills, and a results driven mindset.
The Senior Fitter & Product Trainer will have 3+ years of experience and a strong background in custom fitting and sales, with a passion for golf and delivering exceptional customer experiences. A confident communicator and presenter, they can engage diverse audiences and effectively train staff and customers on Callaway products. Highly organised with strong attention to detail, they are proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Previous experience with GC Quad and a PGA qualification are desirable but not essential.
