As the Golf Supervisor, working alongside our Head Green Keeper, you will be supervising a small team, acting as an Ambassador for our state-of-the-art Golf Academy, ensuring our members and guests are always up to date with what is happening on our course throughout the year. You will ensure that the member experience, usage and value for money is maximised through ensuring quality sessions, instruction and well-maintained equipment, as well as taking ownership of great communication with our members through a variety of channels.

You will supervise the reception team to ensure golf products, courses and classes are booked correctly, taking payments and using the relevant booking systems to keep our members happy, answering their queries and ensuring excellent service every day.
