ROLE:
As a P4S Golf Personal Trainer, your job is to give every P4S Golf Athlete an amazing experience and help them get great results. You will work closely with each client to make sure they get top-level service, just like at Augusta National Golf Club. You will use science-based programs to help them get stronger, more flexible, and faster.
To be a good P4S Golf Personal Trainer, you need to be great at working with clients, solving problems, answering questions, and finding ways to improve their experience. You’ll also need to think carefully, talk well with clients and teammates, and stay positive.
You are the main person clients will talk to during their training, so it’s important to keep a “can do” attitude and make sure they have everything they need to succeed throughout their time with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
- Provide world class coaching to all P4S Golf clients by responding to client requests in a timely and comprehensive manner and delivering science/research based training
- Treat every customer with an “Augusta National” service mentality embodying our core values in your responses, ensuring that all inquiries via phone, email, or Zoom are answered specifically to the concern of the individual customer
- Advise customers on how to best adjust their lifestyles to encourage progress towards their fitness goals
- Own client’s journey ensuring compliance throughout the training program
- Leave every P4S Golf client with a positive experience to increase brand awareness and build a strong sense of community
- Provides regular input to the Director of RPC and Director of Coaching on areas of improvement related to customer experience and satisfaction, and process improvements
- Coach a client load equating to roughly 65-70 clients at a given time
- Learn and follow P4S Golf’s science backed programming skills and efficiently use templates to deliver to clients
- Attend and participate in all team meetings and training to assist our team in growing.
RESULTS:
- All coach calls are documented adequately with clear concise note taking
- Maintain a 65% minimum renewal rate of client retention month over month
- All active clients should have an active program at all times
- Clients are tested regularly on the P4S scheduled cadence
- Follow up diligently and consistently with clients over extended periods
- Ensure that all clients always have the next call scheduled
- Each day the “RPC TRACKER” is filled out with completed calls for the day
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or Undergrad in Exercise Science related field
- CSCS or another credible training certification
- Personal Trainer or Private Sector Coaching Experience
- Experience Playing and/or Coaching the game of Golf
- Sales Experience (gym memberships, events, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of strength training techniques, conditioning exercises, and fitness programming
- Open to learning more about sales tactics
- Open to learning new methods of training
- Are routine driven
- Open to growing rapidly
- Well organized and able to properly manage one’s own time
