Position Responsibilities
- Front desk counter & customer service support for sales and the store manager.
- Answering customer phone calls regarding sales and service.
- Administrative support for the sales and service department.
- Assisting sales associates and the store manager with completing the sales process.
- Assisting with keeping the storefront orderly and clean according to the store manager and the company's requirements as a whole.
- Responding to internal and customer emails in a professional manner.
- Returning internal phone calls and customer phone calls.
- Administrative computer work to support the sales staff.
- Additional training to help assist in sales as back up to the sales associates and store manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in Outlook or another email program.
- Experience in Quickbooks or another accounting platform and/or the abliity to quickly learn a computer accounting platform and additional software. Training is provided.
- Good communication skills and organizational skills are required to succeed.
- A team player is required. Success in business is never achieved acting alone.
- Experience with communicating and working with customers and vendors.
- Ability to quickly learn about key selling features and benefits.
