Join Our Team of Golf Excitement Specialists (GES)!
Are you passionate about golf and love helping people? American Hole ‘n One is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Golf Excitement Specialists (GES) for the upcoming 2025 golf season. This is a fully remote, seasonal role that begins in March and offers the flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours, Monday through Friday, until the end of early October each year.
What You'll Do:
As a Golf Excitement Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role on our customer service team, bringing joy and professionalism to every interaction. You’ll be the voice and the front lines of our company, assisting customers via phone primarily, email, and chat to provide topnotch service and sell Hole-In-One Insurance for golf tournaments around the globe. Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Be the friendly and helpful point of contact for our customers, providing personalized service and building strong relationships through various communication channels.
- Sales and Service: Collaborate with our Sales and Service Teams to execute our service strategy and ensure a seamless buying experience for our customers.
- Event Management: Process event bookings and changes accurately, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Use your expertise in golf and learned risk management skills to explain coverage terms and program updates to customers clearly and effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to deliver a high-quality experience for our customers.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage your workload efficiently to meet client service requests and business needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Golf Knowledge: Experience in the golf industry, whether as a player, tournament organizer, or in sales/service roles.
- Coachable: Ability to be adaptable, take feedback and learn scripts
- Call Volume Experience: Ability to thrive in a high-call volume environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple events/ deals simultaneously.
- Team Player: High energy and a positive attitude, ready to contribute to a fun and dynamic team.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce a plus.
- Sports Enthusiast: A passion for sports is a plus!
- Bilingual is a bonus: Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
