Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our landscapes. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work, ensuring that all grounds are well-kept and inviting.

Duties

Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging turf.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks landscaping tasks.
Maintain flower beds, bushes, and trees by planting, pruning, and fertilizing as necessary.
Ensure all grounds are free from debris and hazards to provide a safe environment.
Assist in the installation of new landscaping features as directed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality results.

Requirements

Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to landscaping tasks.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
A valid driver's license may be required for operating equipment or vehicles on site.
