Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our landscapes. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work, ensuring that all grounds are well-kept and inviting.
Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging turf.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks landscaping tasks.
- Maintain flower beds, bushes, and trees by planting, pruning, and fertilizing as necessary.
- Ensure all grounds are free from debris and hazards to provide a safe environment.
- Assist in the installation of new landscaping features as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality results.
Requirements
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to landscaping tasks.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- A valid driver's license may be required for operating equipment or vehicles on site.
