We are looking for independent sales representatives who can actively and effectively expand our distribution, acquiring new accounts in their region. Ideal candidates would already have a portfolio of accounts with green grass/golf shops. Candidates are allowed to carry or work with other non-competing brands. This position is 100% commission-based.

Responsibilities
- Introducing and selling BACK 9 BOTANICALS to retailers in the assigned territory.
- Growing the brand market share in each account and the assigned territory.
- Visiting regularly existing accounts to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Actively seeking-out for growth opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Participating in local trade shows, tournaments, and events.
- Reporting weekly progress to management.

Requirements
- Revenue-driven sales talent with a strong passion for golf
- Preferably, you have an already existing network in Pro Shops in your territory
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an independent sales rep; 3 years of experience in the golf industry is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to create strong and lasting business relationships
- Organized self-starter who takes initiative, works well in less structured environments, and likes to travel up to 80% of the time
- Excellent sense of customer service and enthusiasm
- Computer Savvy and B2B order management experience
- Self-motivated, driven with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively sell customers and update management on sales performance
- Excellent understanding of market, customer, and retail trends
