Position Summary:
The Experiential Coordinator is responsible for providing internal support for all Experiential program initiatives. This position provides necessary tools, resources and equipment to ensure the successful execution of Experiential events and activities.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
Support the overall objectives and key results of the Experiential team by executing strategies that will grow revenue in all channels of the business.
Provide service and support to all Experiential Representatives, Experiential Leads, Fitters and Sales Reps within the field. This includes responding to daily inquiries and the management of demo fitting matrices.
Work with internal departments when needed to create, maintain, and distribute marketing materials such as event posters and promotional material to support Experiential and Tour Experience events.
Collaborate with the IT department to provide support and updates to the myFittingExp application. Attend weekly meetings to ensure accurate training documents, troubleshooting and correct reporting procedures are communicated to the team.
Take ownership of the Select-Fit inbox, providing support to all field operatives. Replenish fitting tools, club components, car stock items and toolkits. Document field visits and provide feedback as part of the Select-Fit maintenance program.
Assist with the planning, onsite execution and logistics of Experiential Events at HQ or in the field as needed.
Maintain inventory and replenishment of all fitting event assets including tents, tent toppers, shaft displays, table covers, tee-dividers and wind blades, so mobile fitters can execute events at the highest level.
Assist in the ordering, distribution, inventory and replenishment of staff uniforms.
Inside support for the Experiential Select Fit and Demo Program. Responsible for entering orders, reviewing allocations, and end of season reconciliation.
Supports the Tour Experience program by entering weekly fill in orders of components and supplies. Manage inventory documents, reconciliation/return of product, calendar oversight, vehicle maintenance records, and other related duties.
Ability to execute a tour caliber level golf club fitting experience using TaylorMade fitting methods, equipment, and technology.
Manages the Experiential One Note page and other Experiential related resources, documents, and reports.
Provides direct support to the Experiential Program Manager.
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams; strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and experience to custom fit and build golf equipment.
Strong understanding of golf equipment features and benefits.
Strong understanding and ability to use myFittingExp, TrackMan, GC Quad, and Full Swing launch monitors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) & database applications (Oracle).
Aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
Strong communication skills with customer service mindset.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
B.A. in Sales/Marketing preferred; High School diploma required.
Minimum 3 years of Golf related Custom Fitting/Sales experience.
Must have golf industry, retail and/or education (i.e. PGM Program, Golf Academy) experience.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
Primary office environment with heavy computer use.
Flexibility in days and hours available for scheduled work; including evenings, weekends and holidays when required.
Regular travel to support events required.
Must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds. Regularly required to sit or stand, bend and reach.

We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected hourlybase pay range for this position is $28–$30/hour.
