Role Objective:
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team and support both internal and customer-facing applications. Ideal candidates will have experience across various Salesforce clouds—specifically Sales, Service, and Marketing—within an enterprise environment and a Salesforce Admin certification.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup setting, is passionate about using technology to achieve business goals, and excels at optimizing processes for scalability. As a key member of our technology team, you will lead efforts to enhance our Sales and Service clouds while ensuring seamless integrations with other business processes.
Your role will be crucial in the ongoing development and expansion of our Salesforce platform and the team dedicated to driving these initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a lead administrator for a Salesforce environment supporting over 500 users (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Manage all advanced administrative functions, including user account maintenance, complex report and dashboard creation, advanced workflows, custom automation, and system integrations
- Spearhead implementation plans for system enhancements, including developing and executing a comprehensive QA plan before rollout.
- Conduct regular internal system audits, prepare for and manage upgrades, and ensure the system's integrity and data consistency.
- Drive the integration of internal systems into the Salesforce environment, with a keen focus on maintaining data integrity and consistency across platforms.
- Gather requirements from users, provide insightful feedback on design documents, and oversee the smooth delivery of solutions following stringent Quality Assurance processes.
- Innovate and optimize processes and workflows to minimize system load and simplify operational complexities.
- Act as the technical liaison for Salesforce and related sales-support tools, establishing and enforcing best practices for integration and QA/audit processes.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to leverage Salesforce to enhance business processes, productivity, and efficiency across the organization.
- Design and implement scalable solutions that embody best practices for a rapidly expanding organization.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions using Salesforce.com
- Salesforce Admin certification
- Solid understanding & knowledge of SFDC configuration including Custom Object Relationships, Automation (Workflows, Flows, Process Builder), Lightning Experience (Classic helpful), Chatter / Macros / Knowledge / Einstein Bot / Communities
- Action-oriented. Experience with loading and managing sprint deliverables.
- Comfortable working independently in a highly fast-paced, high-growth team environment.
- Effective presentation, technical writing, analytical, and communication skills
