This temporary position will be primarily responsible for assisting with special projects and needs within the PGA TOUR Golf Technologies Team in Tucson, AZ.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems
- Background in manufacturing, machining, welding and metal forming, equipment assembly a plus
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Support for the fabrication, refurbishing and maintaining all equipment included in the golf cart fleet, this includes all power cables, battery health, and charging capabilities.
- Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors.
- Perform basic repairs to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensures machine maintenance schedules and equipment servicing results in minimum equipment downtime.
- General facility maintenance as needed.
- Special projects or other duties as assigned.
