The ideal candidate should have a passion for golf, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Professional:
- Run private and group instruction for students of all skill levels.
- Designs and implements marketing ideas to promote golf instruction and bring in additional revenues to the club.
- Promotes all club golf activities including junior golf clinics.
- Coordinates and teaches clinics on weekly basis.
- Act as a liaison between Troon and the Club regarding golf school schedules, needs, and equipment.
- Assists in the creation of lesson plans.
- Monitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs and other expenses.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
Minimum Qualifications of the Teaching Professional:
- Class A member of PGA/LPGA or currently working towards membership.
