Job description: The Addington Golf Club is looking to strengthen their team to assist with the running of the catering operation at their renowned golf club in Surrey. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about hospitality and customer service within the Food & Beverage Industry and keen to learn. Candidates will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service and possess excellent communication skills.
The successful applicant will assist the food and beverage operation, including the restaurant, function room, and the club’s Halfway House operation.
An applicant with previous experience in a similar role may be advantageous, but training will be provided in full to the right applicant.
Schedule: One shift on a regular day each weekend with the potential for further work available.
Duties and Responsibilities: To assist the Food & Beverage team in the provision of efficient management and delivery of all Food and Beverage services provided by the Club whilst meeting food and hygiene standards, following alcohol licensing guidelines, cellar, and stock management and delivering a high level of customer service. Ensuring that current Health & Safety procedures are understood and adhered to.
Assist with the provision of the food & beverage events held at the Club such as golf society meals, member and corporate events.
Candidates will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
