We are seeking a to join our vibrant team in a dynamic hospitality environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently .Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, collaborating closely with kitchen staff to provide seamless service.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding the menu or drink offerings.
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced till.
- Support other team members as required, fostering a collaborative atmosphere within the hospitality environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues alike.
- A keen interest in mixology and willingness to learn new skills related to bartending.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.

Pay: £11.44-£17.10 per hour
