We are seeking a to join our vibrant team in a dynamic hospitality environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently .Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained.
Assist with food preparation as needed, collaborating closely with kitchen staff to provide seamless service.
Engage with guests, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding the menu or drink offerings.
Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced till.
Support other team members as required, fostering a collaborative atmosphere within the hospitality environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues alike.
A keen interest in mixology and willingness to learn new skills related to bartending.
Ability to work under pressure during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.

Pay: £11.44-£17.10 per hour
