We are looking for an outstanding operational supervisor to join our driving range team at Strike Shack Lichfield.

Job Purpose
To provide an outstanding service to all users and to directly assist in maintaining and developing the business levels and profitability of all areas of the Strike Shack Range Facility, whilst adhering to Company Policies and Procedures, ensuring total customer satisfaction and exceeding member expectations.
Main Duties
- To be responsible with the Strike Shack Manager for the achievement of budgets related to driving range, food and beverage revenues
- To maintain high standards of cleanliness & product, personal hygiene and customer service and ensure team have all the training and information to and adhere to all standards an procedures at all times
- To train, learn and continue to improve knowledge of all the products and procedures within the multifunctional role and to train and continue to improve knowledge of team.
- To work with the Strike Shack Manager to profitably promote, sell and host VIP events
- To work with the Strike Shack Manager to actively promote and increase business levels of all sections.
- To undertake all duties, as required, relating to the maintenance, preparation and effective running of the driving range in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Drive golf buggy and range picker in a safe and correct manner in accordance with policy and procedure and training
- Ensure safe and effective use of all range equipment, by yourself and all the team, in accordance with policy and procedure and training and to ensure swift communication with the mechanic or maintenance team to facilitate repairs in a timely manner to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum at all times.
- Ensure food and beverage service strictly adheres to all food hygiene policies and company standards of product and service from order placing, through preparation, cooking, service, cleaning and waste disposal And to liaise with Food & Beverage Manager to ensure team are fully trained and adhering to all procedures
- Ensure the facility, in its entirity is always maintained to the highest standard from pre-opening checks and preparation, throughout the day and closedown and preparation for the following day
- Assist in other areas of the club as required by Strike Shack Manager and Golf Operation Manager
- To welcome all Strike Shack users giving advice on all aspects of the the facility to provide the best guest experience and increase future member engagement
- To upsell in all areas of the facility – from additional buckets of balls, food & beverage, greens fees on the Spires, VIP.
- Attend training sessions and departmental meetings as and when requested
- To be fully conversant with all emergency procedures for Fire & Accident and to report any accidents in the prescribed manner. To act in accordance with the Club's Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times. To maintain departmental Health and Safety policy, documentation, training and compliance.
- To promote the Club's reputation for exceptional standards of customer care and service. To act as an ambassador for the Club whilst on duty.
A knowledge and passion for golf is necessary for the role.
