What You'll Do
We are currently seeking an Associate Marketing Manager who will be an integral part of our marketing team, helping to develop and execute brand strategies for Wilson Golf product lines. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, creative, and digital marketing, to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, creative, and analytical thinker with a strong passion for brand management and understanding of the sport of golf.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Brand Strategy & Planning:
- Assist in the development and execution of the brand strategy for golf products, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Product Launches & Campaigns:
- Support the execution of product launches and marketing campaigns for golf products.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure product positioning and messaging are effectively communicated.
- Help develop go-to-market strategies, including product briefs and content development for digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to execute brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful execution of brand activities.
- Consumer Insights & Market Research:
- Conduct consumer research to better understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors in the golf market.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
What We're Looking For
This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a related field (preferably in sports or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
Other qualifications include:
- Strong consideration granted to those with a master’s degree in a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills
- Data-driven, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms is a plus
What We'll Provide
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $70,000 - $80,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
