The Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club, JB Duke and The Lodge at Duke Medical Center are seeking a dynamic and experienced (minimum of 3 years of experience working directly on property in a hotel) Director of Revenue Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's revenue and profitability of 3 locations through strategic pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory management. Analyzing market trends and key performance indicators to set room rates, manage availability, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies with revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain IDeaSG3 RMS to ensure data and decision accuracy.
- Review and resolve IDeaS Information Manager and user defined alerts.
- Provide guidance on inventory management as it relates to Transient and Group sales.
- Create and maintain Pricing strategy by room type, rate product/market segmentation, DOW and season by property.
- Leverage market intelligence and systems to ensure accurate pricing.
- Review Pricing structure twice a year, gathering insights and make recommendations.
- Maintain rolling 12 months of Day by Day reporting, by Segment budgets for each property by the 10th of each month, working with the Area DOM, Area DOS and Area Director of Finance (DOF).
- Maintain rolling 120-day forecasts for each hotel every week, including comp and adjustments.
- Maintain full FY forecasts for each hotel at the start of each month.
- Manage all distribution channels, including but not limited to OTA, GDS, PMS and ORS.
- Weekly STR analysis by segment with trends, fact-based insights and short- and long-term recommendations to impact the next 30 days and beyond.
- Maintain Retail Pricing floors and ceilings and room type overbooking limits based on strategies agreed upon by the Revenue Strategy team during bi-weekly revenue meetings.
- Provide guidance on promotional availability and fences.
- Maintain Group pricing configuration within IDeaS to include floors and ceilings by room class, cost of servicing and ancillary profit margins.
- Working with the Area Director of Sales (DOS), guide the sales team as the subject matter expert in processing and interpreting Group pricing evaluation while protecting the Transient segment through understanding and enforcement of a Group Ceiling/Transient Protect.
- Attend weekly Group Pipeline and Pick up meetings.
- 3 years of experience in Revenue Management in a multi-property environment.
- Extensive experience in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
- Extensive experience in pricing, inventory management, and revenue strategy formulation.
- Working knowledge of IDeaS RMS and Salesforce.
