Olive U Mediterranean Grill is an exciting, fresh, new experience for those who want to choose fresh and healthy choices when dining out. We are a new chain of fast casual restaurants in Southeast Florida, specializing in gyros, salads and hand crafted Mediterranean flavored bowls.

Olive U is growing fast and we’re hiring an Assistant General Manager for our PGA (Palm Beach Gardens) location to join our team! Selected candidate will train at our Boca West location! We are looking for candidates who will lead and be the leaders to grow with us! Olive U is opening additional locations and there are plenty of opportunities for growth! Our Assistant Managers support our growing business, help lead, hire, train great people, and help to drive our company forward!

What we’re looking for:

A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
Someone who knows the ins-and-outs of running a business (Food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing…you get the gist)

Previous restaurant management experience is a must

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
