We are seeking an Operations Manager to work directly with our entrepreneurial founder, ensuring seamless execution across hiring, project management, customer service, and other critical operational functions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Operations:

Collaborate directly with the founder to translate high-level business goals into actionable operational plans.
Create, implement, and refine processes that drive efficiency across all areas of the business.
Identify and address operational bottlenecks, proactively recommending solutions.

2. Hiring and Talent Management:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training for new hires, ensuring a high-quality experience.
Work closely with team leads to define roles, responsibilities, and growth plans for employees.
Build systems to track performance and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

3. Project Management:

Oversee key projects and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Implement project management tools and workflows to keep initiatives on track and aligned with company objectives.
Monitor KPIs and milestones, reporting progress to the founder and relevant stakeholders.

4. Customer Service Excellence:

Develop and oversee customer service processes, ensuring exceptional experiences for Imagine Golf members.
Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with customer success teams to implement systems for retention and engagement.

5. General Operations Support:

Manage company resources, including budgets, tools, and technology platforms.
Maintain internal documentation for processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support business needs.

Qualifications:Experience:

5+ years in operations, project management, or a related field, preferably in a startup or fast-growth environment.
Proven experience building systems, managing teams, and executing cross-functional projects.

Skills and Attributes:

Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work closely with a visionary founder, translating ideas into actionable plans.
Problem-solver with a proactive, get-it-done attitude.
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to navigate diverse teams.
Experience with tools like Asana, Trello, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
