Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, self motivated individual to join our current motivated team. We are aiming to make Crewe Golf Club one of the top 10 golf clubs in Cheshire and are committed to delivering the best golf faclities for our members and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ level 2, a minimum of three years of industry experience and a full UK driving licence.

The possession of Pa 1, 2 and 6 spraying certificates and a chainsaw licence would be beneficial but not essential.

Benefits include 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, full staff uniform, employer pension contributions and additional training opportunities. Weekend overtime is a requirement on a rota basis.

Duties

Maintain and care for all areas of the golf course or recreational grounds, including greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
Mow lawns and manage turf health through appropriate fertilisation, aeration, and irrigation techniques.
Monitor plant health and identify pests or diseases, implementing necessary treatments to maintain optimal conditions.
Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Assist in the planning and execution of landscaping projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the golf course and practise facilities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all tasks.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality standards are met.
