Trainee Greenkeeper

The 6,579-yard, Par 72 Deerpark and 1,000-yard Acorn course have had considerable investment in both machinery and course improvements creating one of the most attractive golf resorts in the county and host to the PGA Super 60’s.

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our greenkeeping team. Full training on all aspects of machinery will be given and we shall invest in the correct courses to advance your skills.

The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:

· Positive and highly motivated, with an excellent attention to detail and ability to produce a high standard of work.

· Prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

· Good time management and communication skills.

· Team player who is also able to use own initiative.

· Be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team as well as independently.

· A good understanding of operating machinery.

· A flexible approach to work, work hours and weekend duties every 5th week.

Package

40 hours a week.

28 days holiday along with an added day off for your birthday.
