History
LIV Golf launched in 2022 as an eight-event ‘Invitational Series.’ 2023 saw the inaugural LIV Golf League host 14 events around the world, from Adelaide to Chicago, Andalucía to Singapore, as well as launch the game’s first Team franchises, captained by some of golf’s most decorated superstars.
The format, respecting the history and traditions of the game, has been optimized for modern day sports fans; 3-days, 54 holes, no cut, shotgun start, offering a faster pace-of play to drive engaging storylines and offer an immersive fan experience.
The events, each wholly owned and operated by LIV Golf and broadcast around the world to over 300million homes, deliver a family-friendly environment, festival-style atmosphere, evening concert entertainment and world-class competition; a combination that is unique to the world of golf.
In 2024, LIV Golf will further expand the reach of the League, splitting the schedule between some of the most iconic venues across Asia, Europe and the Middle East with decorated venues in the US. The full player pathway, created in partnership with the Asian Tour, also launches, with the game’s first ever player Promotion and Relegation, and Player Transfer Window, as the holistic integration of LIV Golf is fully delivered.

Role Objective
LIV Golf is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Hospitality Service & Experience to elevate our premium hospitality offerings. This role will focus on creating and executing exceptional customer experiences that drive retention and growth within our paid hospitality programs. The ideal candidate is a passionate and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in hospitality management and a strong customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of LIV Golf's hospitality clientele, their needs, and expectations to ensure a best-in-class experience.
- Collaborate with the Director of Hospitality & Experience to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive communication process for hospitality customers, encompassing pre-event engagement and post-event follow-up.
- Conceptualize and execute unique and memorable on-site experiences that differentiate LIV Golf from traditional sporting events. This includes collaborating with the Event Management Company (EMC) to deliver first-class service to hospitality buyers and their guests.
- Work closely with the Event Delivery team and on-site caterers to develop exclusive food and beverage offerings that enhance the LIV Golf experience.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of all client deliverables (parking, experiences, etc.) across various channels, including the website, email, and other client communication platforms.
- Assist in deploying a client touch point program focused on retention and growth, with a strong emphasis on demonstrating ROI.
- Collaborate with third-party experience providers to flawlessly execute all aspects of hospitality packages, such as player meet & greets, exclusive dinners, and special access opportunities.
- Work alongside the EMC and Event Delivery team to oversee the hospitality hostesses team, providing strategic direction for event-day experience, service, and internal communication.
- Assist the sales team in hosting and executing client and prospect events focused on sales and retention.
- Partner with the Insights and Data Team to develop processes and tracking tools for post-event communication, surveys, and renewals.
- Am-Am Program Management: Assist in executing the Am-Am program, focusing on revenue generation and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a hospitality management role, preferably within a sports or entertainment environment.
- Experience in delivering onsite ticket operations for large scale events and supporting ticket commercialization.
- Experience working global events a plus.
- Background working with 3 party ticketing platforms.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful customer experience strategies.
- Strong understanding of event management and logistics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communications skills, extensive customer service skills.
- Highly organized, ability to multitask, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office and Google programs required.

The hiring range for this position in New York ranges from $85,000.00-$95,000.00 USD.
