Under general supervision, oversees the front lobby & retail space; including but not limited to: schedule & maintain appointment calendars, greet, register and direct guests/visitors, and respond to all in person or over the phone inquiries. The role is a key in assurance that the guest/player experience is one that reflects TaylorMade’s values and focus on providing the best service & experience in the sport of golf. Supports team with administrative duties.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls coming into the TaylorMade Performance Lab.
- Present a positive and professional image of TaylorMade to all visitors, guests, suppliers, inquiries and other interactions.
- Transact/collect payment of all services and products using light speed payment scheme.
- Coordinate appointments for up to 5 calendars for TaylorMade Performance Lab Master Fitters
- Correspond with guests pre and post visit with exceptional service
- Assist Customer Service Team with purchase orders and provide support for order tracking/customer inquiries.
- Assist with organization of report generation, CRM and other business reporting.
- Maintain the lobby is in a tidy, presentable and restocked for all our visitors and guests.
- Performs other administrative responsibilities as assigned
- Retail inventory management from our online warehouses. merchandising – the digital receipt/removal of inventory from our online warehouses.
- Assist customers with mobile check-out experience
- Managing the usage of the new coupons and codes created through Aquity system. Work with management to create Gift Certificates and coupons for our customers
- Provide customer order support/inquiries using Salesforce and EBS platforms
- Accurate order entry and release of orders for processing
- Process and coordinate custom orders received.
- Receive and organize products for customer collection
- Correspond with Finance team to balance invoices and payouts monthly
Education, Training, Professional Certification and Work Experience:
- High School diploma, or equivalent, required. Additional education considered a plus.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the golf industry is strongly preferred.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Must be well organized and have ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization
- Friendly, outgoing personality with customer service attitude.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Proficient in use of computer systems and aptitude to learn new systems.
- Fluent in English with pleasant telephone and in –person manner and voice.
- Must possess skills of diplomacy and tact while dealing with callers and guests.
- Good knowledge of general office procedures. Working knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Ability to deal professionally, courteously and efficiently with the public and to remain calm under stress.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
- Regularly required to sit 95% of the time.
- Prompt arrival and regular attendance at work.
- Ability to work overtime and/or various shifts as required.
