Created in 1993 by Billy Casper and Greg Nash, renovated by Phil Smith in 2022. The spectacular course is only the first of the many impressive features of the Club. Experience Required
• 3+ years of Private/Semi-private or Resort Experience Preferred
• PGA Member Strongly Preferred
• Maintain PGA of America membership in good standing in an active classification.
• In-depth understanding of the game of golf, rules of golf, golf facility operations and tournament operations.
• Act as a role model for all employees by demonstrating the behavior and work ethic expected of all employees.
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated with desire to progress in career path with aspirations to be a Head Golf Professional.
• Experience with JONAS Point-of-Sale, ForeTees, and Golf Genius tournament software preferred.
• High level of service and customer focused attitude.
• Proficient in professional written and oral business communications.

Essential Responsibilities
• Responsible for the planning and execution of weekly Men’s and Women’s games.
• Assist Head Golf Professional in planning, execution, and review of all Club major golf tournaments.
• Responsible for maintaining the club’s USGA Handicap System including daily player posting reconciliation.
• Assist in inventory control of hard goods, soft goods, and special orders including: ordering
procedures, receiving procedures, inputting into point of sale, pricing procedures, display, and sales.
• Assist with the administration of applicable staff via recordkeeping, work schedules, etc.
• Assist with golfer check-in and fee collection; control and manage play.
• Assist with all opening and closing procedures.
• Conduct individual lessons and group clinics.
• As needed, assist the Outside Operations Leader in the management of outside service staff to ensure the highest quality of customer service is achieved.
• Provide club repair and club fitting services.
• Play golf with a variety of Members in competitive and non-competitive situations.
• Assist Head Golf Professional in planning and budgeting for the golf operations.
• Conduct self in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times.
