Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant:
- Engage with members / guests in a professional and enthusiastic manner at arrival and upon departure.
- Practice and promote name recognition.
- Assist members / guests with all pre and post round needs including; bag receiving / loading, cleaning golf clubs, and bag return.
- Prepare, operate, and maintain cart fleet per course. This includes club utility vehicles.
- Set-up, monitor, and take down the practice facility areas.
- Aid members / guests with any additional special requests.
- Assist with the set-up and execution of all golf tournaments and related events.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
- Attend mandatory golf meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant:
- One month related experience or training.
Other Qualifications:
- Regular and reliable attendance.
