About LIV Golf
The LIV Golf League is the world’s only global golf league featuring 13 teams, a 14-tournament schedule, and many of the world’s best golfers. Launched in 2022, the League was designed to expand the sport on a global level and create new value within the golfing ecosystem while enhancing the game’s societal impact. A landmark investment by LIV Golf also launched The International Series, a set of 10 enhanced events sanctioned by the Asian Tour, with elevated prize funds in world-class destinations, offering a pathway for leading professional and amateur golfers from around the world into the LIV Golf League. Role Objective
The Retail Finance Partner will serve as a strategic partner to the SVP, Retail and Merchandising. The Retail Finance Partner will work with the retail team to drive growth and profitability across all 14 brands and channels (retail, eCommerce, wholesale/licensing). S/he will also propose and follow-up on operational strategies to drive efficiencies throughout our global business.
Responsibilities
- Be a strategic partner to the head of retail
- 2025 LRP and 2026 financial operational strategy
- Managing the SAP process and requirements with Finance
- Deliver financial reporting and analysis for the retail team on a regular cadence with SVP, Finance
- Collaborate and liaise with finance counterparts, e.g., Ticketing, Commercial, and Marketing, across the business to incorporate key influencing factors
- Optimize inventory needs by building a robust, repeatable inventory tracking model
- Identify inventory opportunities; efficiently managing working capital
- Collaborate with the buying, retail events, wholesale/licensing, and eCommerce teams to drive sales and ensure appropriate inventory
- Manage invoicing process for retail
- Build a sustainable retail P&Ls for all 14 brands
- Increases revenue and maximizes profitability by proposing financial opportunities for each brand
- Ensure sales and costs are tracking to budget
- Vendor approval process: set up a financial review process for each vendor partner we bring on board for retail

Experience
- 3-5 years in a business analyst or finance role for a retail company across retail, wholesale, licensing, e-commerce
- Experience managing and forecasting inventory, ideally both in physical locations and in e-commerce required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred (Finance or similar field)
- Global retail experience preferred
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the consumer mindset, consumer empathy, and dedication to great consumer experiences
- Proficient at Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP/ Ariba
- High attention to detail with a quantitative approach to problem-solving
