Role Objective
LIV GOLF is seeking a Coordinator of Business Development to support the Partnership Development Sales Department in establishing and nurturing new strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in assisting the sales team from the initial outreach phase to the creation of proposals and P&L statements, conducting ongoing industry research, facilitating interdepartmental communication, and managing administrative duties. The ideal candidate is professional, team-oriented, maintains a positive
demeanor, and is adept at quick thinking and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between sales and creative services. Help to build creative briefs, monitor timelines, and be highly skilled at proofreading and editing.
- Offer support for accounts within the partnership development pipeline.
- Through research and experience, help identify LIV sponsorship prospects.
- Provide weekly updates on industry trends, key category news, and potential partnership leads to the Partnership Development team.
- Assist the sales team with CRM processes and the creation of operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to the development of partnership marketing strategies, including unique activations and community engagement.
- Work with the sales, Teams, and Insights team to gather data and analytics for partnership pitches and updates on available inventory assets and their analytics.
- Ensure sponsorship packages accurately incorporate inventory elements.
- Research and identify new opportunities to expand corporate partnerships by staying informed on partners' goals, objectives, and the competitive landscape.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting materials and manage all outgoing correspondence.
- Undertake confidential administrative responsibilities and handle special client requests, including arranging tickets, merchandise, gifts, etc.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Completes a wide variety of tasks that facilitate the SVP, Global Head of Partnershipr's ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with Team staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the partnership management, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Exercising executive judgment to reflect the Manager’s style and organization policy.
- Accompany and support the partnerships Team on all domestic and international travel (this role is 50% travel)
Required Skills
- 2 or more years of experience in research, analytics, marketing, partnership marketing, sponsorship, corporate sales, and/or client development.

- Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing one's own time and prioritizing tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential; Salesforce experience is a plus.
