ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:
The Command Center is the “heartbeat” of the operation with the responsibility of releasing orders to keep consistent FLOW through the DC. In addition to releasing orders, the Command Center team is responsible for ensuring all customer requirements are met by acting with sense of urgency & follow through.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and prioritizing orders for assigned customer accounts.
- Release orders to the warehouse floor promptly & monitor through completion to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Responsible for identifying issues with orders and escalate through appropriate resolution channels.
- Responsible for the orders from start to finish.
- Provide support to the sales & order management teams and coordinate with various departments to ensure the deadlines and ship conditions are always met.
