Role Description
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual to join our team as a Golf Secretariat and Event Coordinator. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work remotely while being available to travel up to six times a year for event coordination and on-site support. This individual will primarily be responsible for coordinating events, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of all related activities. Ideal candidates will have a background in event coordination, hospitality, or as an Assistant PGA Professional, but certification is not required. This role combines organizational, hospitality, and customer service skills to enhance the overall member experience and event success.

- Event setup and execution
- Experience in the golf business/knowledgable about golf
- Event hospitality and client engagement
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work remotely and travel up to six times a year
- Established connections at private golf clubs in the golf industry (preferred)
- Administrative task management
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Golf Genius
- Comfortable managing member expectations in a private country club environment
- Strong member relations skills
